Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in UAE, currently hiring an experienced Sommelier for a high-end restaurants in Dubai.What will you do?Have complete knowledge of all menu items offeredEnsure product quality and consistency are delivered at all timesHas impeccable knowledge of all products in the portfolioRecommend food and wine pairingsAdvising guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choicesHas a good knowledge of all beverages beyond those stocked in the restaurantFollow HACCP requirementsWhat are we looking for?Certified sommelier or successfully completed equivalent of WSET, Level 2 would be preferableSolid knowledge of French and New World wines (South American and North American wines, in particular, would be an advantage)Curious attitude, always learning and exploring new ideasMinimum 2 years of experience in high-end, high-volume, award-winning restaurant/bar operations in Europe, the Middle East, or AsiaFluency in either Russian, Arabic or Balkan languages would be an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
