Solutions Architect, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Solutions Architect to design and deliver learning solutions within a large-scale, enterprise learning operations environment. This role focuses on translating business needs into practical, well-structured learning solutions that are scalable, effective, and aligned to performance outcomes.The Solutions Architect owns the overall design approach for complex learning initiatives, selecting the right modalities and guiding projects from early design through deployment. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys both design thinking and execution, and who can bring structure, clarity, and strong decision-making to complex learning programs.You will work closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to ensure learning solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with the business goals they support.What You Will OwnLearning Solution DesignOwn the overall learning solution design for multi-component learning initiativesDevelop solution architectures that combine multiple modalities and delivery approachesCreate clear design specifications that guide development and delivery teamsEnsure solutions address business needs, performance gaps, and learner realitiesModality Selection and Design DecisionsEvaluate learning objectives, audience needs, and delivery contextRecommend the appropriate mix of instructor-led, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning approachesBalance learning effectiveness with feasibility, timelines, and budget considerationsVendor and Partner CoordinationManage relationships with vendors supporting content development, platforms, or deliveryBrief partners on project expectations and design requirementsReview deliverables to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standardsProject Leadership and Delivery OversightLead projects from early solution design through implementationBuild project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teamsTrack progress, manage risks, and resolve issues throughout the lifecycleDesign Quality and IntegrityReview storyboards, prototypes, and final deliverablesProvide feedback to ensure solutions remain aligned with original design intentAdvocate for quality and learning effectiveness throughout developmentLocation & Working ModelThis role is based in the UAE, with a hybrid working model that includes onsite presence in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for stakeholder and vendor engagement, alongside flexibility for design and project work.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking ForExperience8–12 years of experience in instructional design, learning consulting, learning solutions architecture, or learning program managementExperience designing multi-modal learning programs that combine different delivery approachesStrong project management skills with experience leading complex learning initiativesExperience working with vendors or external development partnersSolid understanding of learning technologies, modalities, and delivery strategiesEducationBachelor’s degree requiredAdvanced degree in Instructional Design or a related field is a plusWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleAbility to design practical learning solutions that solve real business problemsStrong organization and project leadership across complex initiativesConfidence working with stakeholders, SMEs, and vendorsThoughtful decision-making when balancing quality, timelines, and budgetsClear communication and the ability to influence without authorityIf you enjoy designing practical learning solutions and guiding them from concept through deployment, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
