Job Description Role Overview: As a Solution Lead at Wipro Limited, your primary responsibility will be to understand business processes in the F&A & HRO Vertical to identify problem statements. You will collaborate closely with functional and domain experts to determine how technology can address business challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to assess existing technology solutions and leverage industry knowledge to incorporate technologies from partners and establish alliances. Your role will involve developing solution artefacts and value propositions that align with end-to-end business processes and map them to technology solutions. Furthermore, you will be required to cultivate relationships with various stakeholders, including functional teams, technology teams, and sales and pre-sales teams. Communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial as you respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) and present solutions to clients while supporting onsite sales teams.
