The role is highly strategic and involves driving end‑to‑end integration of government services into SAP, enabling full automation, improved workflows and a citizen‑centric digital experience. You will work across SAP Public Sector, SAP CRM, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP BTP and related integration patterns. The assignment requires close collaboration with engineering, UX/CX and data teams, and ministry stakeholders while owning product strategy, backlog management, requirements and agile delivery. You will play a key role in shaping a fully integrated, proactive and data‑driven service ecosystem.We are looking for someone who:Has 7 years of experience in product management of complex digital productsHas strong hands‑on expertise with SAP platforms (SAP Public Sector, SAP CRM, SAP Workflow, SAP Service Catalogue, SAP BTP)Can lead end‑to‑end SAP service integrations and workflow automation using rules engines, workflow tools, notifications and document generationIs experienced in backlog ownership, writing user stories, acceptance criteria and driving agile sprint planningCan review and evaluate FSD/BRD documentation, workflow diagrams, integration specifications and test scenariosCommunicates complex SAP concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholdersHas experience leading UAT processes, release management and coordinating cross‑functional deliveryWorks data‑driven with KPIs, insights and continuous improvementHas strong stakeholder management skills and can influence decision‑making at multiple levelsNice to have:Certifications in Agile Scrum, Product Management or AnalyticsExperience from government or large‑scale digital transformation programmesExperience setting up product operations in JIRA and ConfluenceBackground in UX/CX‑oriented service design#J-18808-Ljbffr
