Solution Architect – Oracle C2M Support Project

Key Responsibilities:Define the overall support solution architecture aligning with Oracle C2M upgrade strategy.Serve as the technical escalation point for complex L2/L3 issues.Review technical deliverables and ensure solution alignment with business goals.Guide performance tuning, data correction, and new statutory requirements.Coordinate environment handovers and high-severity defect escalations.Required Skills:5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Utilities (C2M, MDM, SOM).Expertise in enterprise system design, Oracle integrations, and support architecture.Experience in post-go-live support environments.Strong understanding of Oracle SR management and patching processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
