Job Title: Solution ArchitectExperience: 10 yearsLocation: Abu DhabiOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in the Brokerage and Trading domain. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of techno-functional expertise, hands-on technical capabilities, and a deep understanding of UAE financial systems and regulations.Core domain and techno-functional competenciesStrong experience in Brokerage and Trading domain. Former experience with implementation of trading in international markets. Knowledge of at least one UAE brokerage system for trading in UAE (ADX & DFM)Strong experience with implementation and Production support of Wealth & investment systems. Focused experience with wealth asset classes (equities, bonds, funds..etc), retirement planning, corporate actions, and Robo Advisory.Exposure to Virtual assets model and implementations.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues efficiently, provide Root cause analysis, and provider permanent resolution.SkillsFunctional CompetenciesUnderstanding of Consumer banking products and services such as savings accounts, loans, mortgages, credit cards, and online banking.Knowledge of UAE banking regulations, Central Bank guidelines, Open Banking and international banking standards.Insight into risk assessment, fraud detection, and mitigation strategies specific to consumer banking.Understanding in payment systems, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex banking challenges.Flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing banking landscape and new technologies.Knowledge of best practices for change management and code releases.Technical competenciesProficiency in cloud platforms and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure).Experience in software development, including proficiency in programming languages (Java, .net Core and frameworks.Strong hands-on experience of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and moderate knowledge NoSQL databases (like MongoDB).Experience in designing and using APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations and security architecture.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.Awareness of emerging technologies in Fintech, such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.Proficiency in architectural design tools (Visio, Draw.io).Familiarity with project management software (JIRA, Confluence)#J-18808-Ljbffr
