The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales activities and at least<b>5+ years of experience</b>working with<b>Cisco</b>and<b>Fortinet</b>solutions.</p><p>This role requires a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, security, and networking technologies, along with the ability to engage with clients, design tailored solutions, and support business growth.</p><h3>Customer Relationship</h3><h3>Solution Development</h3><h3>Technical Proficiency</h3><h3>Innovation</h3><h3>Documentation</h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the entire sales cycle</li><li>Achieve monthly sales objectives</li><li>Qualify the customer needs</li><li>Negotiate and contract</li><li>Master demos of our software</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Bachelor Degree or Higher</li><li>Passion for software products</li><li>Perfect written English</li><li>Highly creative and autonomous</li><li>Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable Iqama</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Experience in writing online content</li><li>Additional languages</li><li>CCNA&CISCO Certificate</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Arabic is an Advantage</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead pre‑sales activities, including client requirement gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.</li><li>Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions, covering networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.</li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions to meet their objectives.</li><li>Provide technical consultancy on Cisco and Fortinet products, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.</li><li>Support proof‑of‑concept (PoC) deployments and technical evaluations for clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>5+ years of experience in ICT solution architecture, pre‑sales, and technical consulting.</li><li>Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet solutions (certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4-7 are highly desirable).</li><li>Hands‑on experience in networking, security, firewalls, SD‑WAN, and cloud solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards and security compliance frameworks.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.</li><li>Knowledge of AI‑driven networking and automation technologies is a plus.</li><li>Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.</li></ul><h3>Our Product</h3><p>Discover our products.</p><h3>What We Offer</h3><p>Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.
