Solution Architect - ICT

FAMA Technologies is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join its ICT department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales activities and at least 5+ years of experience working with Cisco and Fortinet solutions.This role requires a deep understanding of ICT infrastructure, security, and networking technologies, along with the ability to engage with clients, design tailored solutions, and support business growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the entire sales cycleAchieve monthly sales objectivesQualify the customer needsNegotiate and contractMaster demos of our softwareLead pre-sales activities, including client requirement gathering, solution design, and technical presentations.Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution demonstrations.Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions, covering networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and align solutions to meet their objectives.Provide technical consultancy on Cisco and Fortinet products, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.Support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and technical evaluations for clients.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity.Must HaveBachelor Degree or HigherPassion for software productsHighly creative and autonomousValid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable Iqama5+ years of experience in ICT solution architecture, pre-sales, and technical consulting.Strong expertise in Cisco and Fortinet solutions (certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4-7 are highly desirable).Hands-on experience in networking, security, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.Knowledge of industry standards and security compliance frameworks.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Nice to haveExperience in writing online contentAdditional languagesCCNA & CISCO CertificateStrong analytical skillsArabic is an AdvantagePreferred QualificationsExperience with enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.Knowledge of AI-driven networking and automation technologies is a plus.Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.
