<div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Align EA mandate, strategic goals to the Company requirements, expectations and needs</li><li>Create an EA roadmap that moves the architecture from the as-is state to to-be state defined in target architecture</li><li>Provide high-level estimations and the schedule for the initiatives for Investment planning</li><li>Review and update the EA operating model items (organization, governance, processes) to reflect strategy changes</li><li>Create EA KPI, develop performance status reports ensuring the achievement of all set KPIs and highlight variances</li><li>Provide with fit for purpose communication plan. Assist in planning Communication activities, preparing content&publishing</li><li>Participate and support the development and execution of innovative technology solutions.</li><li>Translate business requirements into technically feasible and optimized solutions.</li><li>Design, architect, and implement new and complex systems, considering future needs and integrations.</li><li>Conduct thorough proof-of-concepts and assessments to evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends, identifying impactful opportunities for adoption.</li><li>Develop and maintain the solution architecture, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and buy-in.</li><li>Lead initiatives to increase the focus on innovation within the Company. Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize IT resources to stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies</li><li>Identify the most qualified innovation opportunities and support the PoC for those innovation opportunities and support in enabling innovative thinking</li><li>Ongoing research and assessment of new analysis approaches for potential use within the Enterprise.</li><li>Oversee the research of new technologies to support the development of EA strategy and create added value</li><li>Understand the value of Innovation initiative and demonstrate the Innovation capability value</li><li>Supervise conducting periodic research and propose improvements to architecture, asset management efforts</li><li>Collect, analyze and qualify innovation opportunities and provide the implementation options, assess the business value.</li><li>Oversee IT architecture strategy, ensuring that systems are designed, integrated, and maintained according to performance, scalability, and security requirements.</li><li>Design and evaluate technology solutions, architectures, and platforms to ensure alignment with enterprise needs and long-term technology strategy.</li><li>Conduct solution assessments, proof-of-concepts, and technology evaluations to support innovation and continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree Required.</li><li>Strong analytical skills in order to examine business systems, determine trends, and develop ways to streamline processes.</li><li>Team management and leadership experience</li><li>Project management abilities to effectively serve as an organization’s EA capability leader and oversee personnel</li><li>Knowledge of all EA domains</li><li>Knowhow of EA tools</li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies</li><li>Project Management knowledge (PMP, CAPM Etc.)</li><li>Extensive and proven experience in field of market and development research</li><li>High-level knowledgeable in various research and testing methodologies</li><li>Excellent leadership and motivational skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
