About XenonstackXenonStack is the fastest-growing data and AI foundry for agentic systems, enabling people and organizations to gain real-time and intelligent business insights.ProductsAgentic Systems for AI Agents: akira.aiVision AI Platform: xenonstack.aiInference AI Infrastructure for Agentic Systems: nexastack.aiTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a Solution Architect – Agentic Systems to design and deliver end-to-end AI agent solutions tailored to enterprise customer needs.This role blends technical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration — ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned.If you thrive on bridging business objectives with deep technical design, and you want to define the blueprint for enterprise AI adoption, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ArchitectureTranslate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.Design workflows using multi-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.Define context and memory strategies for long-running AI processes.Integration LeadershipArchitect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.Performance & ScalabilityOptimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments.Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.Security & ComplianceEmbed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).Customer EngagementAct as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.Collaboration & Delivery SupportWork closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.Provide architectural oversight during implementation phases.Must-HaveSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.Strong understanding of LLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).Proven experience designing RAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration.Cloud-native architecture skills (AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes).Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.Good-to-HaveExperience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.Career Growth & BenefitsContinuous Learning & GrowthCertifications in AI architecture, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration.Opportunities to lead strategic, cross-industry AI transformation projects.Recognition & RewardsIncentives for high-impact solution design and customer success.Path to Principal Architect or Enterprise AI Architect roles.Work Benefits & Well-BeingComprehensive medical insurance and project-based allowances.Cab facilities for women employees and special project perks.XENONSTACK CULTURE – JOIN US & MAKE AN IMPACT!We foster a culture of cultivation with bold, human-centric leadership principles.
