Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 08/08/2025XenonStack is the fastest-growing data and AI foundry for agentic systems, enabling people and organizations to gain real-time and intelligent business insights.Inference AI Infrastructure for Agentic Systems:nexastack.aiTHE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking aSolution Architect – Agentic Systemsto design and deliverend-to-end AI agent solutionstailored to enterprise customer needs.This role blendstechnical architecture, solution design, and customer collaboration— ensuring deployments of multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks are secure, scalable, and business-aligned.If you thrive on bridgingbusiness objectiveswithdeep technical design, and you want to define the blueprint for enterprise AI adoption, this role is for you.RESPONSIBILITIESTranslate customer requirements into scalable, compliant AI agent architectures.Design workflows usingmulti-agent orchestration, A2A messaging, and tool chaining.Definecontext and memory strategiesfor long-running AI processes.Architect API, RAG, and data pipeline integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SOC tools).Ensure interoperability between AI agents, vector DBs, and knowledge graphs.Performance & ScalabilityOptimize latency, token usage, and model selection for cost-effective deployments.Design for high availability and fault tolerance in production.Security & ComplianceEmbed governance, auditability, and data privacy controls in all solutions.Ensure adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, HIPAA as applicable).Act as a trusted advisor for client technical teams.Conduct workshops, POCs, and design reviews to validate architectural choices.Collaboration & Delivery SupportWork closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, AI Interaction Engineers, and Agent Architects to ensure smooth delivery.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSMust-Have:8+ years in solution architecture, enterprise software, or AI/ML engineering.Strong understanding ofLLM architectures, embeddings, and agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AgentBridge).Proven experience designingRAG pipelines, hybrid retrieval systems, and knowledge graph integrations.Proficiency in Python and experience with API design/integration.Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.Good-to-Have:Experience in BFSI, GRC, SOC, or FinOps.Familiarity with AI observability tools (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, TruLens, Ragas).Exposure to reinforcement learning (RLHF, RLAIF) for agent optimization.Background in AI governance frameworks and Responsible AI practices.CAREER GROWTH & BENEFITSCertifications in AI architecture, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integration.Opportunities to leadstrategic, cross-industry AI transformation projects.Recognition & RewardsIncentives for high-impact solution design and customer success.Path toPrincipal ArchitectorEnterprise AI Architectroles.Comprehensive medical insurance and project-based allowances.Cab facilities for women employees and special project perks.XENONSTACK CULTURE – JOIN US & MAKE AN IMPACT!We foster a culture of cultivation with bold, human-centric leadership principles.
