Software Tester (Manual&Automation)

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to identify issues and ensure software quality.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software meets specifications and user expectations.</li><li>Maintain and enhance automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.</li><li>Analyze test results, track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.</li><li>Prepare test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test reports.</li><li>Participate in requirement analysis, test strategy discussions, and provide feedback for process improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies throughout the software development lifecycle.</li><li>Support UAT testing and assist end-users during acceptance testing phases.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and industry best practices.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing.</li><li>Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar frameworks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with manual testing techniques and methodologies.</li><li>Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.</li><li>Experience in API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.</li><li>Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems like Git.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Professional certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent are a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
