Software Tester

Job Description Role Overview: As a part of our global law firm, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the testing of applications developed by custom or no/low code. Your responsibilities will include owning the implementation of integration and other levels of testing, collaborating with project managers and software developers, establishing reporting metrics, test scenarios, and streamlining QA techniques to achieve quality objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing business environment. - Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision when required are essential for success in this role. - Mentoring and assisting junior resources in the team. - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving effectiveness, results-oriented approach, hands-on attitude. - Proactive with a high sense of responsibility, reliability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building strong relationships. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Cultivate and disseminate best practices of quality and help remove impediments. - Assist and steer the testing/QA teams to implement the test approach and execution, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress towards objectives. - Improve the overall quality of products & applications by analyzing different scenarios. - Collaborate with development and quality specialists to improve the overall health of projects/applications. - Flexibility to learn new skills and technologies as required to meet the changing needs of the business.
