Job Description As a Sales Executive for Software Solutions, your role will involve generating leads, engaging with prospects, supporting presales activities, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in building strong client relationships. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong presentation preparation abilities, and an interest in pursuing a career in IT software sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: - Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, social media, email outreach, and other channels - Initiate contact with potential clients, schedule meetings, and conduct product discussions - Present company services and solutions to potential clients both online and offline - Assist in converting leads into qualified opportunities and supporting deal closure - Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication - Maintain and update sales pipeline, leads, and client interaction records Presales & Sales Support Responsibilities: - Understand client requirements and assist in preparing solution presentations and proposals - Prepare client-specific presentations, capability decks, and business proposals - Support in preparing sales collateral, documents, and marketing assets - Coordinate with the technical team to gather required information for client discussions - Assist in preparing responses to client queries, RFPs, and proposals Presentation & Sales Material Preparation: - Create professional and visually strong PowerPoint presentations - Customize presentations based on client industry and requirements - Maintain and improve existing company sales decks and marketing materials - Prepare company profiles, case studies, and capability documents Social Media & Digital Sales Support: - Support business development through LinkedIn and other professional platforms - Assist in posting company updates, case studies, and solution highlights - Identify and engage with potential prospects through social media - Support lead generation activities Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: - 12 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Sales Support (IT/software preferred) Core Skills: - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Strong PowerPoint presentation preparation skills (mandatory) - Strong persuasion and client interaction skills - Good documentation and proposal preparation ability Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) - Basic understanding of IT/software solutions preferred - Familiarity with LinkedIn and professional outreach Preferred Candidate Profile: - Confident and professional personality - Strong interest in IT software sales and business development - Ability to communicate effectively with clients - Self-motivated and eager to learn - Organized and detail-oriented As a Sales Executive for Software Solutions, your role will involve generating leads, engaging with prospects, supporting presales activities, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in building strong client relationships.
