Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Specialist to join our team at New Technology System. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in the Software industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with clients across C-level and functional stakeholders. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business acquisition and manage the complete sales cycle for software solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with insurance/software companies brokers and third‑party administrators (TPAs) in the Middle East.Understand client business needs and map them to product capabilities and digital transformation opportunities.Collaborate with pre‑sales delivery and product teams to develop solution proposals, demos and presentations.Represent New Technology System at industry events, client meetings and solution workshops.Prepare and execute account plans, sales strategies and revenue forecasts.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in enterprise software or IT solution sales.At least 3 years of experience in the software industry selling ERP solutions.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.UAE driving license is mandatory.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms and digital front‑office solutions.Experience working with public sector or regulatory bodies in insurance/BFSI is a plus.Strong network of industry contacts in the Middle East sector.Why Join UsBe part of a leading digital transformation company in the GCC with a strong footprint in the insurance and BFSI sectors.Work with cutting‑edge platforms like goXsure anddeliver value‑driven solutions to top clients.Collaborative and growth‑oriented work culture.Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
