Software Sales Assistant

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Software Sales Assistant to support our sales team in promoting and selling software solutions. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client communication, and sales administration while gaining exposure to the software sales lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leadsConduct initial outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and online platformsSupport product presentations and software demonstrations (as required)Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentationMaintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales dataFollow up with prospects and existing clients to support deal closureCoordinate with technical and product teams to address client requirementsTrack sales activities and prepare regular reportsProvide administrative support to the sales teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or technology salesBasic understanding of software products and SaaS models is an advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools and MS Office applicationsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsFluency in English (Arabic is a plus)BenefitsMonthly salary of AED 5,000Visa provided as per UAE Labour LawMedical insurance provided as per UAE Labour LawAnnual leave and other benefits as per company policy#J-18808-Ljbffr
