Software Engineering Manager

Key AccountabilitiesOversee the full development process, from initial design through deployment and maintenanceArchitect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML powered software solutions that can handle increasing load and complexityPromote coding standards, CI/CD workflows, and other software development best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable codeWork closely with product managers, data scientists/AI Engineering, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and align on deliverablesDefine and maintain the engineering roadmap, balancing new feature development with technical debt and platform improvementsEstablish and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation while driving best practices in engineeringQualifications & Experience7-10 years of experience in software development and engineering complex applicationsExperience developing and deploying AI/ML powered solutionsStrong proficiency in Python and at least one other language (e.g., Golang, Rust, Java, etc.) and related frameworksFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system designDeep understanding of modern software engineering practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, microservices)Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, data warehouses, and related tools (Spark, Airflow, etc.)Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
