Job Description As a Project Participant at our company, you will be involved in the entire software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment. This includes performing requirement analysis during project initiation and planning phases, engaging in task-level estimation of stories, and contributing to the creation of project plans. You will also be responsible for conducting technical design reviews, code reviews to ensure adherence to company standards, and optimizing application performance. Collaboration with other teams to identify and solve problems is a key aspect of this role. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards and provide application support on a rotational basis.
Your role will also involve staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to process improvements at the project or team level, and continuously enhancing your communication and soft skills. You may lead or participate in initiatives such as knowledge sharing sessions or reading groups, as well as be involved in hiring and onboarding current team members.
In terms of consulting, you will estimate effort for modules or projects, provide technical solutions, and act as a technical subject matter expert. Demonstrating functional expertise in at least one area will be essential.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Ability to build or contribute to a work plan
- Experience in implementing small projects or contributing to medium/large projects
- Proficiency in 12 technologies/systems with a focus on skill development
- Knowledge and application of IT technical standards
- Good working knowledge of IT applications and technical tools
- Viewed as a go-to resource within the team or business group
- Demonstrates initiative and ownership in resolving issues and multitasking
- Competent in third-party integrations with SAS solutions/systems
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
- Ability to energize and develop others
- Leads innovation and drives change
- Willingness to challenge and question with courage
- Capable of transforming business processes
