Software Developer IV-IN (Backend Development Python Django/DRF)

Job Description Role Overview As a Senior Backend Developer, your main responsibility will be to build robust Django/DRF services and APIs for CMP. You will focus on creating clean domain models, ensuring secure operations, and integrating tight orchestration. Key Responsibilities - Design REST/GraphQL endpoints, serializers, permissions, and pagination. - Implement domain logic, idempotent operations, audit logging, and rate limiting. - Integrate with Airflow for events/callbacks/webhooks and authN/Z for OIDC/JWT. Qualification Required - Proficiency in Python, Django/DRF, and Postgres/Redis with experience in API-first development and testing using pytest. - Knowledge of SSDLC/OWASP, schema design, and performance profiling/caching. - Experience with private cloud integration (IaaS/PaaS/DBaaS) and multi-tenant isolation. - Strong background in PostgreSQL development with exposure to MS SQL interop and data exchange. Additional Details The company uses tools/tech such as Python, Django/DRF, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis, and optionally Celery for backend development. Note: KPIs/Success Measures for this role include monitoring API latency/availability, error rates, defect escape rate, coverage, and throughput.
