Job Description
ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality up-to-date content to its readers, viewers, delegates, and guests through digital print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms, and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Arabian Business, Harpers Bazaar Arabia, Esquire Middle East, and Cosmopolitan Middle East.ROLE OVERVIEWITP Luxury, part of ITP Media Group, is seeking a culturally fluent and platform-native Social Seeder to drive organic distribution, early traction, and audience momentum for our editorial and branded content. This role is responsible for ensuring content reaches the right communities, creators, and platforms at the right time, generating authentic engagement and algorithmic lift beyond owned social channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social ecosystems, creator culture, and community dynamics and is highly attuned to what content feels native versus promotional. This role sits at the intersection of social media audience growth and cultural intelligence, supporting brand visibility, reach, and engagement objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategically seed content across relevant social platforms, communities, and off‑channel environments including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and niche forums.Identify, build, and maintain relationships with micro‑creators, tastemakers, community leaders, and culture accounts aligned with our brands.Adapt messaging, captions, and framing to suit platform‑specific norms and community etiquette.Drive early engagement and momentum during the critical post‑publication window to maximize organic reach and algorithmic amplification.Coordinate closely with editorial, social, and audience teams to align seeding strategies with content priorities and campaign objectives.Monitor engagement velocity, sentiment, and share patterns and provide actionable feedback to inform future content and distribution strategies.Track and report on seeding performance including reach, engagement, and qualitative impact.Stay up to date with platform trends, emerging communities, and shifts in online culture relevant to our audiences.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDProven experience in social media audience growth, community management, or creator relations.Strong understanding of major social platforms and emerging community spaces, including how content travels organically across them.Excellent cultural intuition and judgment with the ability to identify what resonates with specific audiences and communities.Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging across platforms.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple content streams simultaneously.Data‑aware mindset with the ability to interpret engagement signals and translate insights into action.Experience working in media, culture, fashion, entertainment, or fast‑moving digital environments is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
