Social Media Specialist – Social SellingDubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 01/31/2026Persian Horizon is hiring a Social Media Specialist to work embedded with our sales department, supporting social selling, lead generation, and personal brand positioning for our sales team across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (Twitter).This role is not about posting pretty content or chasing likes.It is about helping salespeople generate conversations, credibility, and leads through social platforms.Role OverviewYou will work day-to-day with sales representatives to:Build and optimise their personal social media presenceSupport social outreach and relationship buildingTurn online visibility into real sales conversations and leadsYou will collaborate closely with Sales Management and Sales Coaches to ensure social activity directly supports deal flow and closures.Key ResponsibilitiesOptimise and maintain professional personal profiles for sales team members on:LinkedIn (primary focus)InstagramX (Twitter)Support the sales team in building:Credible personal brandsInvestor- and client-facing profilesAssist in creating and refining:Profile bios and descriptionsHeadlines and positioning statementsIntroductory messages and connection notesWork alongside sales reps on:Social outreach activityConversation follow-upsMoving contacts from social platforms into WhatsApp Business or CRMCoordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure:Messaging aligns with offers and dealsSocial activity supports active pipelinesLeads are handed over cleanly for closingTrack and report on:Profile growth and engagementConversations initiatedLeads generated via social channelsRequirementsProven hands‑on experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Selling support roleStrong practical knowledge of LinkedIn (mandatory)Working experience with Instagram and X (Twitter) in a business or sales contextUnderstanding of how social platforms support lead generation and sales conversationsAbility to work closely with sales teams in a fast‑paced environmentComfortable working on‑site with daily coordination with SalesCRM familiarity and WhatsApp Business experience are a strong advantage.What This Role Is NotNot a content creator or influencer roleNot a brand‑only or awareness‑only positionNot suitable for remote, freelance, or part‑time profilesThis role is for someone who understands that social media is a sales tool, not just a marketing channel.Work Model100% on‑site in DubaiDaily in‑office collaboration with the sales departmentRemote or hybrid applications will not be consideredPerformance‑based incentives linked to lead generation and sales impactOn‑site role with direct exposure to the sales team and revenue activitiesClear growth path into Social Selling or Sales Enablement rolesStructured environment with clear KPIs and expectationsLong‑term opportunity within a growing commercial organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
