100% Remote – Full-TimeLocation: Egypt or LebanonRole OverviewYou will lead social media management for AlCaz Media and selected client accounts, working closely with the Creative & Social Director, videographers, editors, and designers.Your responsibility is end-to-end social media execution: ideation, planning, asset coordination, publishing, optimization, and reporting. You will report to the Account Director, who is the main point of contact with clients. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You’re expected to think, not just post.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementDefine content pillars and build monthly content calendars; manage internal and client approvalsConduct competitor analysis and brand inspiration to generate strong ideas across static posts, carousels, motion graphics, stories, and reelsProactively propose original content ideas, not recycled trendsCoordinate with video production, creative design, and editing teams to ensure quality and on‑time deliveryDesign social posts using pre‑approved templates (design skills are a strong bonus; designer support is provided)Monitor post performance, identify trends, and extract actionable insightsWrite optimized captions in English and Arabic aligned with brand tone and platform best practicesSchedule content and ensure accurate publishing across platformsPerform quality checks on all posts (copy, visuals, formats, cover images)Project & Workflow ManagementUse project management tools to manage timelines, approvals, and dependenciesMaintain clear communication with internal teams and flag risks earlyStay up to date with organic social media best practices and platform changesManage blog publishing schedules and support Reddit community buildingSupport reporting, research, and sales materials (PowerPoint)Assist the Account Director with day‑to‑day marketing operations when neededJob Requirements3+ years of hands‑on social media management experienceProven ability to manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and XCreative design on Midjourney, Nano Banana pro, Canva, Adobe is a huge plusStrong understanding of organic social algorithms and content performance driversExcellent English and Arabic communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)Creative mindset with the ability to generate strong content ideas independentlyGoogle My Business and Reddit experience is a bonus, not mandatoryOrganized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accountsWhy AlCaz MediaRemote‑first culture with clear structure and ownershipAI‑integrated workflows used daily, not as a buzzwordFlat hierarchy where decisions are driven by data, not titlesExposure to clients across UAE, KSA, Japan, UK, and EgyptModern tech stack: Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, Pipedrive CRM, Zapier, and ChatGPT#J-18808-Ljbffr
