Social Media Specialist

You ll be at the forefront of growing our social media accounts to maximise reach and increase our audience. This role is remote and offers competitive compensation plus performance bonuses.What You’ll Do:Actively post content comment like and interact with audiences across all social media platforms (IG TikTok Facebook LinkedIn Youtube Twitter and Threads) to increase visibility and foster relationships.Actively create and manage short form video content.Strategically grow followers and increase engagement on all platforms by leveraging data insights and audience behaviour.Stay updated on the latest social media hacks platform trends challenges and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.Track and analyse social media metrics to assess content performance and audience engagement.Collaborate with internal teams (designers marketers etc.) to create viral videos and cohesive campaigns.Regularly stay on top of trends to jump on.Pitch creative ideas to increase reach and engagement.Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategy.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager.Proven demonstrable experience and technical know-how alongside a portfolio in social media management content creation and growth metrics.Demonstrable expertise and understanding of short from video creation and managementIn-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms their technicality algorithms and best practices.Knowledge of video editing and an eye for detail and synchronyExcellent copywriting skills.What We re Looking For:Superrrrrrrrrrr creative.
