Job SummaryOne of our clients in Dubai is looking for Social Media SpecialistKey ResponsibilitiesThe Social Media Specialist drives the company’s online presence and brand voice across all platforms. This role ensures content excellence, audience growth, and strategic alignment with marketing objectives while leading a high-performing creative team.Develop and maintain a content plan aligned with company’s marketing strategy and brand guidelines.Oversee content creation, publication, and performance across all social media platforms.Monitor engagement metrics, audience growth, and optimize performance through actionable insights.Lead the social media team to ensure timely, high-quality output and collaboration.Analyze social data to generate regular reports that inform decision-making.Maintain brand consistency and ensure all communication reflects company tone and standards.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong command of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut.Excellent knowledge of content trends, audience behavior, and digital storytelling.Leadership skills and team management abilities with a results-driven mindset.Analytical acumen to interpret social data and adjust strategies.Exceptional communication and time management skills.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, preferably with leading experience.
