Your focus won't be split across multiple accounts; instead, you'll immerse yourself in one client's brand, audience, goals, and context.By deeply understanding their landscape, you'll help them make sense of ongoing conversations, measure impact over time, and adjust strategy based on real audience reactions. The quality and consistency of your analysis directly influence decision-making at a senior level - making this role critical to both customer trust and project success.What You'll DoWork as a dedicated Social Media Monitoring Analyst for a single client or initiative, fully embedded in their project for its durationAnalyze social media and digital conversation data on an ongoing basis to evaluate how the client's brand, campaigns, or initiatives are being receivedTrack performance over time, identifying shifts in sentiment, engagement, and audience behavior - not just one-off resultsMonitor social media channels for brand mentions, emerging issues, or opportunities that require timely attentionTurn large volumes of data into clear, structured insights and recommendations through professional, client-ready reportsAct as a trusted analytical partner to the client, providing context, interpretation, and constructive guidance - not just metricsCollaborate internally with CX, Sales, and Product teams to ensure insights are aligned and actionableMaintain high reporting standards by reviewing work for accuracy, consistency, clarity, and visual qualityCross-check data points, calculations, and sources to ensure reliability and credibilityWho You AreYou're comfortable owning a project end-to-end and staying focused on a single client's needs for an extended periodYou enjoy going deep rather than wide - learning a brand, its audience, and its context inside outYou're analytical, and don't rush to conclusions without validating the dataYou communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external stakeholdersYou can give constructive feedback confidently and tactfullyYou have strong writing & reporting skills and can produce polished, client-facing reportsYou manage your time well and can independently plan your workload within a project structureYou're detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality analysisYou have experience analyzing social media or digital engagement data and interpreting audience behavior and trendsWhat The Hiring Process Will Look LikeInitial screening call with Talent AcquisitionTechnical interview with the hiring manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
