Social Media Manager - Internship

Job Description Role Overview: You will be joining ThemCurves as a Social Media Intern, working remotely with occasional in-person availability in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include content creation and management, influencer and creator coordination, community management, and analytics and reporting. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in growing the brand's Instagram and Pinterest presence. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and manage a monthly content calendar for Instagram and Pinterest - Create and edit various types of content such as Reels, static posts, carousels, and Stories - Write captions in the brand's tone and design graphics using tools like Canva - Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with micro-influencers and creators - Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and mentions across Instagram - Track weekly and monthly performance metrics across Instagram and Pinterest - Prepare reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, and saves - Stay updated on competitor and industry trends to suggest content pivots Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field - Based in Ahmedabad and available occasionally for in-person requirements - Genuine understanding of Instagram and curiosity about Pinterest - Eye for aesthetics and comfortable writing in Hinglish - Basic graphic design skills using Canva - Organized, responsive, and able to take ownership without constant supervision - Passion for fashion, body positivity, and women-first brands - Prior internship or college project experience in social media is a bonus Additional Details: ThemCurves is an Ahmedabad-based shapewear clothing brand that celebrates Indian women of all shapes and sizes.
