This role is crucial in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, amplify brand storytelling, and cultivate meaningful connections with our audience. You will work closely with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to ensure our beauty community remains at the forefront of digital conversations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute innovative social content strategies that align with brand values, founder storytelling, and marketing objectives across branded and founder accountsActively engage with our audience across social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content while helping foster a strong and positive communityInfluencer & Creator Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand awareness and support key brand and product moments across branded and founder accountsMonitor brand mentions, trends, and customer sentiment to optimize content and engagement strategies, while identifying cultural moments where branded and founder accounts can authentically participateCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across social platformsUse reports and insights provided by the RGA team to guide social media performance, and optimize strategies based on data‑driven decisionsStay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep branded and founder accounts innovative and competitiveOwn and manage the social content calendar across branded and founder accounts, ensuring consistent storytelling and alignment with key brand and founder momentsDrive audience growth and discoverability across platforms by developing scalable content formats, series, and social‑first storytelling for branded and founder accountsRequirements4+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content strategy (preferably within the beauty industry)Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and their best practicesStrong network and experience working with influencers, creators, and digital communitiesExceptional communication skills with a keen ability to craft engaging and on‑brand messagingProficiency in social media analytics tools and performance trackingCreative mindset with a passion for beauty, trends, and storytellingAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong organizational and project management skillsBenefitsPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in‑house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
