This role is for someone who loves content creation, understands trends, and can grow a brand organically.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage daily social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)</li><li>Create and edit videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Write engaging captions that match the brand style</li><li>Grow the brand organically and increase engagement</li><li>Handle the creative direction of content and campaigns</li><li>Stay updated with trends in beauty and social media</li><li>Manage and update the website when needed</li></ul><h3>Skills Required</h3><ul><li>Strong video editing skills</li><li>Good writing skills for captions</li><li>Creative mindset and eye for aesthetics</li><li>Experience in organic marketing (no heavy ads focus)</li><li>Basic website management (Salla)</li><li>Ability to work fast and keep up with trends</li><li>Arabic language required</li></ul><h3>Preferred</h3><ul><li>Based in Riyadh</li><li>Familiar with Saudi dialect and Saudi Market (for captions or content)</li><li>Comfortable doing voice-over in Saudi dialect (optional)</li><li>Interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics</li></ul><h3>المسمى الوظيفي</h3><p>مدير/ة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (علامة تجارية لمستحضرات التجميل)</p><h3>الموقع</h3><p>Riyadh (يفضل)</p><h3>الوصف الوظيفي</h3><p>نبحث عن مدير/ة وسائل تواصل اجتماعي مبدع/ة لإدارة حضور علامتنا التجارية في مجال التجميل على المنصات الرقمية. نحتاج شخص يفهم الترندات، يحب صناعة المحتوى، ويقدر يطوّر البراند بشكل عضوي.</p><h3>المهام</h3><ul><li>إدارة الحسابات اليومية (إنستغرام، تيك توك، سناب شات)</li><li>تصوير وتحرير الفيديوهات (ريلز، تيك توك، وغيرها)</li><li>كتابة كابشنات جذابة تناسب هوية البراند</li><li>تنمية الحسابات وزيادة التفاعل بشكل عضوي</li><li>الإشراف على الجانب الإبداعي للمحتوى والحملات</li><li>متابعة الترندات في السوشيال ميديا وعالم التجميل</li><li>تحديث وإدارة الموقع الإلكتروني عند الحاجة</li></ul><h3>المهارات المطلوبة</h3><ul><li>مهارة قوية في تعديل الفيديو</li><li>مهارات كتابة جيدة للكابشنات</li><li>حس إبداعي وذوق بصري عالي</li><li>خبرة في النمو العضوي بدون الاعتماد الكبير على الإعلانات</li><li>معرفة أساسية بإدارة المواقع (Shopify أو WordPress أو غيرها)</li><li>القدرة على العمل بسرعة ومواكبة الترندات</li><li>إتقان اللغة العربية</li></ul><h3>مفضل</h3><ul><li>التواجد في الرياض</li><li>معرفة باللهجة السعودية (للكتابة أو المحتوى)</li><li>القدرة على عمل تعليق صوتي باللهجة السعودية (اختياري)</li><li>اهتمام بمجال التجميل والعناية بالبشرة</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
