Social Media Intern

This 3monthinternship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. As a SocialMediaIntern in the #ABtalksShow, you will play a key role in content creation and assisting in the management of social media accounts. This is an unpaidinternship aimed at developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAssisting in the planning and scheduling of socialmediacontent across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Creating and editing content, including graphics, videos, and captions for assigned social media accounts.Supporting the team in brainstorming creativecampaigns and social media strategies.Attending events and activations to capture and create engaging content.Monitoring engagement, responding to messages and comments, and helping maintain online community interactions.Tracking and reporting on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.Analyzing paid social media campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.Coordinating with different departments to align content with company news, product releases, and key activations.Researching show activity within the digital space and identifying industry trends.ProfileHighly trustworthy, discreet, and ethical.Strong team player with a collaborativemindset.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritizetaskseffectively.Creative thinker with an innovativeapproach to content and social media.Strong communications skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Passion for social media, marketing, and digital trends.Experience/SkillsThe ideal candidate would have:A working knowledge of major social media platforms.Proficiency in web tools and contentcreationsoftware.A background or interest in advertising, copywriting, and digital marketing.Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Fluency in writing and reading Arabic.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.What’s in it for you?This internship offers valuable hands-on experience, providing exposure to different aspects of social media and digital marketing.
