Social Media Intern

This 3 month internship is designed for students looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. As a Social Media Intern in the Social Media Department of Bukhash Brothers, you will play a key role in content creation and assisting in the management of social media accounts. This is an unpaid internship aimed at developing your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will include:Assisting in the planning and scheduling of social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Creating and editing content, including graphics, videos, and captions for assigned social media accounts.Supporting the team in brainstorming creative campaigns and social media strategies.Attending events and activations to capture and create engaging content.Monitoring engagement, responding to messages and comments, and helping maintain online community interactions.Tracking and reporting on social media insights, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.Analyzing paid social media campaigns and identifying areas for improvement.Coordinating with different departments to align content with company news, product releases, and key activations.Researching competitor activity within the digital space and identifying industry trends.ProfileHighly trustworthy, discreet, and ethical.Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.Creative thinker with an innovative approach to content and social media.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not required).Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Passion for social media, marketing, and digital trends.Experience/SkillsThe ideal candidate would have:A working knowledge of major social media platforms.Proficiency in web tools and content creation software.A background or interest in advertising, copywriting, and digital marketing.Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Fluency in writing and reading ArabicQualificationsCurrently pursuing a BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.What’s in it for you?This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in a leading creative agency, providing exposure to different aspects of social media and digital marketing.
