<div><p>We are working with a fast-growing subscription-based app on a brand new hire — a Global Social Media Growth Lead. This is not a content creation role.</p><p>This is for someone who understands how to grow social channels through data, strategy, and performance — deciding what gets posted, where, and why.</p><p>You’ll own organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, helping turn social into a true acquisition engine (not just a content channel).</p><h3>What You’ll Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Own the<b>organic social strategy</b>across all key platforms</li><li>Analyse performance and optimise content based on<b>what actually drives growth</b></li><li>Identify winning formats, trends, and content patterns</li><li>Work closely with creative and paid teams to<b>scale what performs</b></li><li>Launch and grow new channels (including YouTube)</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For</h3><ul><li>3–5 years’ experience in<b>social media growth / strategy</b></li><li>Background in a<b>DTC brand, subscription app, or creator-led business</b></li><li>Strong understanding of<b>Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms</b></li><li>Highly<b>data-driven</b>— comfortable with analytics and reporting</li><li>Based in Dubai (or open to relocating)</li></ul><h3>Why This Role</h3><ul><li>Join a<b>high-growth, founder-led business</b>with strong product-market fit</li><li>Work on scaling an already successful product into new markets</li><li>Real ownership — this role will define how social drives growth</li><li>Direct impact on<b>acquisition and revenue</b>, not just engagement</li></ul><p>Salary: 14,000-17,000 AED DOE (Portfolio will be helpful)</p><p>Please note this is an in office role.
