Social Media Growth Lead

We are working with a fast-growing subscription-based app on a brand new hire — a Global Social Media Growth Lead. This is not a content creation role.This is for someone who understands how to grow social channels through data, strategy, and performance — deciding what gets posted, where, and why.You’ll own organic growth across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, helping turn social into a true acquisition engine (not just a content channel).What You’ll Be DoingOwn the organic social strategy across all key platformsAnalyse performance and optimise content based on what actually drives growthIdentify winning formats, trends, and content patternsWork closely with creative and paid teams to scale what performsLaunch and grow new channels (including YouTube)What We’re Looking For3–5 years’ experience in social media growth / strategyBackground in a DTC brand, subscription app, or creator-led businessStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithmsHighly data-driven — comfortable with analytics and reportingBased in Dubai (or open to relocating)Why This RoleJoin a high-growth, founder-led business with strong product-market fitWork on scaling an already successful product into new marketsReal ownership — this role will define how social drives growthDirect impact on acquisition and revenue, not just engagementSalary: 14,000-17,000 AED DOE (Portfolio will be helpful)Please note this is an in office role.
