The Social Media Executive ensures that every post, caption, reel, and interaction reflects the brand’s positioning, tone, and cultural relevance.Content Planning & ExecutionDevelop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign strategyTranslate marketing plans into structured weekly posting schedulesCoordinate content requirements with design, production, and copy teamsEnsure content is delivered and scheduled on time without delaysPlatform ManagementManage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other assigned platformsSchedule posts using approved toolsMaintain highlight structure, grid consistency, and visual disciplineEnsure bio, pinned posts, and profile structure reflect current campaignsCommunity ManagementMonitor DMs and comments dailyRespond in brand tone (English + Emirati Arabic when required)Escalate sensitive or strategic inquiries to managementIdentify recurring questions, insights, and audience behavior patternsPerformance Tracking & ReportingTrack weekly and monthly KPIs:Engagement rateReach & impressionsSaves & sharesFollower growthReel watch timePrepare structured monthly performance reportsProvide insights (not just numbers)Recommend optimizationsCampaign SupportSupport launch phases (teasers, countdowns, hero drop, follow-ups)Coordinate with production team for shoot coverageHandle ad-hoc coverage when required (2–3 day notice readiness)Assist in influencer coordination when neededBrand AlignmentEnsure tone of voice is consistent with Untitled’s positioning:Philosophical yet groundedCulturally awareStrategic, not trendyAvoid generic captions or cliché contentMaintain narrative continuity across postsKPI Framework (Quarterly Measurable Indicators)100% on-time content delivery0 missed publishing deadlinesMinimum engagement rate benchmark (to be defined per account)Monthly follower growth targetReport submission by the 3rd of every monthResponse time to DMs under 2 hours during working hoursZero repeated feedback on brand tone inconsistencyRequired Skills2–4 years experience in social media managementStrong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithmsFluent in English + strong Emirati Arabic writing preferredExperience in campaign rollout executionBasic understanding of paid ads structureAbility to work under structured KPI systemHigh attention to detailStrong time managementBehavioral ExpectationsNo missed deadlinesNo silent delaysNo reactive postingHigh ownershipClear communicationInitiative in suggesting improvements#J-18808-Ljbffr
