Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive (SDME) to join our team. The SDME will be responsible for generating qualified leads and business opportunities, with a key focus on Bahrain and Saudi Arabia markets.This role involves leveraging digital marketing and social media tools in both English and Arabic to support proactive and reactive sales initiatives, in alignment with the RICI Sales Management System (Sales SOP).Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads and opportunities.Utilize social media platforms to promote RICI’s services and engage with target audiences.Work closely with the enquiry handling team to ensure leads are converted into successful sales.Manage both organic and paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google.Create compelling content and visuals in English and Arabic for digital outreach.Track, measure, and report campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.Follow the reactive/proactive sales process as per the company’s Sales SOP.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing and social media management.Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation tools.Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).Ability to work in a target-driven environment.Knowledge of CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus.Why Join RICI?At RICI, we foster innovation, teamwork, and growth.
