This role combines strategy, content production, and platform management to grow brand visibility, engagement, and qualified leads across our digital channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a content calendar aligned with project launches, marketing campaigns, and company milestones.Produce high-quality short-form video and visual content including property tours, lifestyle reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and construction progress updates.Conceptualize engaging real estate content formats tailored for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.Capture on-site content during launches, events, and property walkthroughs.Write compelling captions, storytelling copy, and promotional content tailored for each social platform.Coordinate photo and video shoots including drone footage and lifestyle content where relevant.Social Media Management and GrowthOwn and manage the company’s social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Grow follower base and engagement across priority platforms through strategic content planning.Optimize posting schedules, content formats, and platform strategies to maximize reach and performance.Campaign SupportSupport project launches and marketing campaigns with engaging social media content.Collaborate with the lead gen team on paid social campaigns and performance marketing initiatives.Create content that supports lead generation initiatives for off‑plan developments and project launches.Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and external partners for collaborative campaigns.Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience demographics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Analytics.Prepare and present monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve content performance.Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align social media output with wider marketing strategies.Liaise with PR agencies, influencers, and real estate platforms as required.Qualifications & Requirements✅ Minimum 5 years proven experience in social media content creation and management (real estate development property marketing, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred).✅ Strong storytelling, copywriting, and short‑form video production skills.✅ Proven experience creating high‑performing content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.✅ Proficiency in content editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar platforms.✅ Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms.✅ Understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and digital marketing trends.✅ Photography and videography skills are a strong advantage.✅ Fluency in English is mandatory.What we’re looking for.A creative storyteller with a strong visual mindset.Comfortable capturing and producing content on‑site at properties, launches, and events.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.Collaborative and confident working with cross‑functional teams.Familiarity with the UAE real estate or luxury lifestyle market is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
