This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of beauty and culture, and a passion for storytelling in the fast-paced world of digital and social content. You will shape how our brand shows up visually online, ensuring a consistent, elevated, and engaging presence that connects with our community and inspires audiences globally.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Visual Identity for our social media pagesDefine and maintain the visual language of the brand's social platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand identityDevelop social-first creative concepts, campaigns, and content strategiesTranslate brand guidelines into bold, innovative visual executions tailored for each social platform's audience and formatDirect the aesthetic of photography, video, motion graphics, typography, and design elements across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channelsStay ahead of platform trends, formats, and innovations, adapting the brand's creative to maximize impactPartner with Brand and Social teams to align visual storytelling with business goalsTranslate social insights and cultural trends into creative opportunities that resonate with diverse audiencesEnsure all content feels authentic, relevant, and aspirational for the beauty communityExperiment with new creative formats, tools, and technologies to maintain a cutting-edge presenceRequirements4+ years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio of social-first and campaign work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)Exceptional design sensibility with proven expertise in photography, video, and digital-first creativeDeep understanding of social media platforms, cultural trends, and the digital content landscapeProficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)A strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling tailored to social mediaAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting deadlinesCreative, collaborative, and comfortable in front of/behind the camera when neededA portfolio showcasing art direction work with strong references to social-first content and campaignsBenefitsMonthly "Self-Love Days" - at company discretionPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage for employee plus dependentsMonthly coaching sessions with our in-house Success CoachEmployee discounts on all Huda Beauty productsQuarterly product giftingHuda Beauty is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
