ResponsibilitiesLeading the full 360 recruitment process for talabat, including sourcing top talent from around the world.Partner with key stakeholders, leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes and metrics, while developing innovative ways to meet talabat's expanding and evolving recruiting needs.Report on recruitment activity to identify ways to improve the process and tell a story through data insights.QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in 360 Recruitment with a strong background in technical & product candidate sourcing. Looking for a hunter that has handled core recruitment at a large scale.Experience recruiting for engineering roles within the region.Experience sourcing engineering candidates from abroad using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Collaborative professional with experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.Experience using recruitment ATS systems.Highly motivated to create and deliver creative, exciting and impactful results.Contribute to process improvements.Predominantly use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.Can find alternative solutions to solve problems where guidelines do not exist.Occasionally leads the work of small project teams and provides informal guidance to junior staff.Works with minimal guidance and supervision.Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions and exercises judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
