Position Title: Project EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Construction / Site ExecutionReporting to: Project Manager / Construction ManagerEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: As per experience and company normsRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our growing team at Meraki Integrated Contracting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project execution on-site, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely, safe, and quality delivery of works in line with project specifications.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Coordination:Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to understand scope and schedule.Assist the Project Manager in preparing work programs, procurement schedules, and progress reports.Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted progress.Participate in project and coordination meetings and follow up on assigned actions.Site Execution:Supervise daily activities on site to ensure works are executed according to drawings and specifications.Monitor quality, safety, and productivity to ensure compliance with standards.Identify and report deviations, delays, or resource requirements to management.Assist in preparing inspection requests (IRs) and material approval requests (MARs).Documentation & Reporting:Maintain daily logs, site reports, and work progress records.Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly progress updates and dashboards.Support quantity take-offs, cost tracking, and material reconciliation as needed.Ensure proper documentation for site inspections and handover processes.Why Join Meraki?At Meraki, you’ll be part of a team building some of the most exciting and challenging projects in Dubai.
