The company currently employs a workforce of approximately 4,000 in the Middle East, and a total of 10,000 worldwide.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll DriveDesign & EngineeringPerform HVAC load calculations, system sizing, and technical documentation.Review consultant design drawings and perform peer reviews with compliance reporting.Lead design and technical meetings with consultants, clients, and authorities.Supervise design deliverables during execution, ensuring accurate shop drawings.Integrate BMS requirements into HVAC design (control strategies, points schedule, schematics).Incorporate sustainability requirements (LEED, Estidama, energy efficiency standards) into HVAC design and equipment selection.Execute value engineering studies to optimize cost, performance, and energy efficiency.CoordinationCoordinate HVAC systems with other MEP and civil disciplines.Lead BIM coordination sessions, resolve clashes, and ensure proper system integration.Liaise with consultants, clients, for approvals and technical meeting and workshops.Provide regular technical updates and reports to the Technical Director.Technical Office & Subcontractor SupportProvide technical support to site teams with design clarifications and technical reports.Review and track subcontractor engineering submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications and internation standards.Develop and maintain tracking systems for HVAC drawings, material submittals, method statement and approvals.Prepare presentations to illustrate HVAC system scope and execution sequence.Define detailed scope of works for subcontract packages during procurement stage.Ensure subcontractor deliverables meet contractual, technical, and schedule requirements.Procurement & Vendor SupportCollaborate with suppliers/vendors to obtain HVAC and BMS-related material submittals.Issue RFQs/RFPs, review quotations, and prepare compliance statements with recommendations.Support material selection and ensure compliance are aligned with project specifications.Execution, Testing & CommissioningProvide design clarifications and technical assistance during site execution phase.Oversee BMS programming, integration, and HVAC control logic during commissioning.Witness and validate functional testing of HVAC equipment and BMS systems.Ensure preparation and approval of commissioning reports, O&M manuals, and handover documents.QualificationsYou’re a Great Fit If You HaveBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.5–8 years of experience in HVAC design, coordination, technical office, and commissioning.Strong expertise in Air system & chilled water, Chillers, DX, VRF/VRV, ventilation, smoke management, and HVAC-BMS integration.Proven experience in data center projects, airports, industrial plants, and infrastructure developments, in addition to high-rise, hospitality, and healthcare facilities.Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc).Proficiency in, HAP, and other design software’sKnowledge in AutoCAD, BIM coordination tools.Ability to establish tracking systems for engineering deliverables.Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.Why You’ll Enjoy Working with UsExciting ProjectsCareer GrowthDiverse TeamCompetitive BenefitsPositive Workplace CultureAdditional InformationSix Construct is guided by our core values of respect, excellence, co-creation, passion, and unity.
