The selected candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package in addition to opportunities for career growth and development within the company.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SMP1 Shift Sr. E&A Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation maintenance and repair of electrical and automation equipment in our clients facilities. This includes but is not limited to generators motors switchgear PLC systems and other related equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain the operation of electrical and automation equipment according to established procedures and standards.Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.Identify and report any potential safety hazards or risks to the appropriate personnel.Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair activities.Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in electrical and automation technology.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the oil and gas industry.Technical diploma or certification in electrical or automation engineering.Strong knowledge of electrical and automation equipment and systems.Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and automation equipment.Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to work in shifts and on-call as needed.Join our teamAt Star Services LLC we value diversity and believe in creating an inclusive and supportive work environment for all our employees.
