Ana perceives, adapts, and guides, transforming raw data into foresight and orchestration that improves outcomes across sectors, from safeguarding high-value assets to enhancing human performance.Smart Contract EngineerWe are seeking a Smart Contract Engineer to design and implement next-generation protocol primitives that enable machine-verifiable commitments, state attestations, and autonomous coordination across decentralized environments.This role sits at the intersection of protocol research and systems engineering, contributing to the foundations of next-generation physical intelligence systems — where digital protocols coordinate and verify actions across real-world environments.ResponsibilitiesDesign cryptoeconomic systems enabling verifiable commitments and programmable state transitionsResearch identity, attestation, and reputation primitives within decentralized environmentsDevelop mechanisms for secure cross-network coordination and trust minimizationFormalize security assumptions and adversarial models for protocol componentsPrototype and benchmark new consensus or validation schemesCollaborate with engineering teams to productionize research outputsAuthor technical specifications and research documentationContribute to audits and formal security reviewsEngage with the broader research community, including opportunities to contribute to publications, open-source research, and intellectual propertyQualificationsStrong foundation in distributed systems, cryptography, or applied mathematicsExperience designing blockchain or decentralized protocol mechanismsDeep understanding of consensus systems and cryptoeconomic incentivesFamiliarity with digital identity, attestation systems, or verifiable data modelsProficiency in Rust, Go, or similar systems-level languagesAbility to move from theoretical design to implementationNice to haveExperience with zero-knowledge systems or verifiable computationKnowledge of decentralized identity (DID) or credential frameworksBackground in mechanism design or formal protocol modellingExperience contributing to L1/L2 or interoperability protocolsPublished research or open-source protocol contributionsWhat Working at Analog OffersCulture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence.
