Skin Therapist-Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Skin Therapist-Trainer who is adept in both skin care techniques and instructional skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skin care practices, proven experience in training others, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others excel in the industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging training programs on skin care techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.Assess and enhance the skills of trainees through practical demonstrations, hands‑on exercises, and evaluations.Create and update training materials, manuals, and multimedia resources to support educational objectives.Provide one‑on‑one coaching and group workshops to address individual and team learning needs.Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies to ensure training content is up‑to‑date.Collaborate with the team to tailor training programs to meet specific business goals and client needs.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.Qualifications:Proven experience as a skin care professional with a solid understanding of skin care techniques and treatments.Previous experience in a training or instructional role within the skin care or beauty industry.UAE Driving License is a must.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions simultaneously.Relevant certifications or credentials in skin care and training are preferred.A passion for continuous learning and professional development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
