Ski Instructor | MAF Entertainment | Snow DomeAs a Ski/Snowboard Instructor, you will conduct private and group lessons ensuring a high standard of customer service. You will also ensure full supervision of guests during lessons at all times and maintain high safety standards.Role ProfileRespond appropriately and accurately to guest inquiries and requests related to the teaching process, ensuring excellent customer service.Ensure all equipment supplied by the rental to the Ski School guests are double checked and set up correctly.Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in Ski Dubai.Maintain proficient up-to-date knowledge of Ski Dubai products, promotions, and services.Advise and assist guests with sales and bookings.Be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the ski school meeting point until they return.Ensure no guests pass the access control gate without the appropriate access pass.Assist in all competitions and events in Ski Dubai.RequirementsCertified ski/snowboard instructor (International qualification).Advanced Skier/Snowboarder.Fluent in English; Arabic is an addition.Flexibility in working shifts.Effective communication skills.One season in the ski school and Kids teaching experience.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
