<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking a motivated UAE National candidate for the role of Site Supervisor for our Al Ain project. This position is suitable for a fresh high school graduate who is eager to start a career in site operations and supervision. The role involves supervising site manpower, coordinating daily activities, and serving as a point of contact between the company and the client representative at site.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><p>Supervise site workers and monitor daily site activities.</p></li><li><p>Ensure manpower attendance, discipline, and productivity at site.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate daily work schedules as instructed by the Project Manager/Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with the client representative for work updates, instructions, and approvals.</p></li><li><p>Report site progress, issues, and manpower status to management.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Monitor material usage and inform management of shortages.</p></li><li><p>Assist in resolving minor site-related issues to avoid work delays.</p></li><li><p>Maintain proper documentation related to site activities when required.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>UAE National (Mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Male candidate (as per project/site requirements).</p></li><li><p>High School Graduate (Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).</p></li><li><p>Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).</p></li><li><p>Basic communication skills in Arabic and English.</p></li><li><p>Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work outdoors and travel within Al Ain as required.</p></li><li><p>Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.</p></li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li><p>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle site workforce effectively.</p></li><li><p>Basic problem-solving ability.</p></li><li><p>Time management and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Professional attitude and reliability.</p></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
