Site Supervisor

<div><p>The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site execution of high‑end interior fit-out projects, ensuring superior craftsmanship, strict adherence to timelines, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role demands strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and hands‑on supervision of luxury finishes and bespoke installations.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>1. Site Execution&Supervision</h3><ul><li>Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.)</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines</li><li>Monitor subcontractors, carpenters, and skilled labor for quality and productivity</li><li>Ensure proper installation of bespoke furniture, fixtures, and custom elements</li></ul><h3>2. Quality Control</h3><ul><li>Maintain high-quality standards aligned with luxury project expectations</li><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure flawless finishes and detailing</li><li>Identify and rectify defects or deviations promptly</li><li>Ensure materials used match approved samples and specifications</li></ul><h3>3. Project Coordination</h3><ul><li>Coordinate with project managers, designers, and suppliers for smooth execution</li><li>Liaise with MEP teams and other contractors to avoid clashes and delays</li><li>Track site progress and provide daily/weekly updates</li></ul><h3>4. Planning&Scheduling</h3><ul><li>Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently</li><li>Ensure timely completion of activities as per project program</li><li>Assist in sequencing of works to maintain workflow efficiency</li></ul><h3>5. Health&Safety Compliance</h3><ul><li>Enforce site safety regulations and ensure safe working conditions</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies</li></ul><h3>6. Material&Resource Management</h3><ul><li>Monitor material usage and minimize wastage</li><li>Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials</li><li>Maintain site inventory and tools</li></ul><h3>7. Client&Stakeholder Interaction</h3><ul><li>Support site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities</li><li>Ensure client expectations for luxury finishes and detailing are met</li><li>Address site-related queries and provide solutions</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field</li><li>4–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, preferably in luxury residential, retail, or hospitality projects</li><li>Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and fit-out execution</li><li>Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
