Site Supervisor (Joinery, Interiors fit-out) vacancy in Sharjah UAESite Supervisor (Joinery, Interiors fit-out) – In charge of supervision of all indoor site works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and administration. Must be able to read drawings and specifications, understand material surfaces and site needs, and maintain high attention to detail. Must be able to perform setting-out plans as per accepted drawings. Material and workforce planning and monitoring. Ensure high precision and effective office and site requirements management. Accountable for all joinery fit-outs. Knowledge of Hotel & Seminar Facility Fit-Outs, Residential Fit-Outs, Industrial and/or Office Fit-Outs is preferred. Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 monthly.ResponsibilitiesInterpret drawings and specifications; manage site needs and ensure high precision. Plan, set-out and control works in accordance with approved drawings and technical standards.Material and workforce planning and monitoring; coordinate with carpenters and specialists.Ensure fit-out works across hotel, seminar facility, residential, industrial and/or office sectors meet project requirements.Maintain daily and weekly progress reporting and ensure safety on site.Lead teams of Carpenters and specialists; manage quality and time.Coordinate with clients and administration; maintain professional conduct.Ensure compliance with site protection/safety requirements.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: 1–2 years (preferred) in joinery/interiors fit-out environment.Languages: Urdu, English (preferred).Expected Start Date: as per notice or immediate (where applicable).#J-18808-Ljbffr
