Site Supervisor

Site Management & SupervisionSupervise all site activities related to aluminium and glass installation including curtain walls windows doors skylights and cladding.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings method statements and quality standards.Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors site workers and the internal project team.Team LeadershipManage and direct installation crews foremen and laborers.Conduct daily toolbox talks allocate manpower and monitor productivity.Ensure all team members follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.Quality & Safety AssuranceMonitor quality of work and conduct site inspections.Report any non-conformities or quality issues to the Project Engineer.Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and report incidents or unsafe practices.Reporting & CommunicationMaintain daily site logs and progress records.Report site status material requirements and manpower needs to the Project Manager.Liaise with contractors consultants and clients when required.RequirementsDiploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering Construction or a related field.Minimum 35 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the aluminium & glass or façade industry in the UAE.Strong knowledge of aluminium systems glass types fixing methods and façade installation techniques.Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and installation details.Good leadership communication and problem-solving skills.Basic computer knowledge (Excel email) for reporting purposes.UAE Driving License is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
