Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experiencedSite Superintendent - Paintingto supervise and execute painting and coating activities for Oil & Gas projects. The candidate must have strong site management experience and BGAS Level 2 certification, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of works.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily painting and blasting activities at siteEnsure work execution as per project specifications and standardsCoordinate with project engineers, QC inspectors, and client representativesMonitor manpower deployment and productivityEnsure proper surface preparation and coating applicationMaintain daily progress reports and site documentationEnsure strict compliance with HSE and quality requirementsConduct toolbox talks and safety briefingsVerify material usage and site resource planningSupport project team in meeting deadlinesRequirementsQualification:Diploma / Degree (Mechanical or relevant field) - MandatoryExperience:15-18 years in Painting (Oil & Gas sector mandatory)Certification:BGAS Level 2 (Mandatory)Strong knowledge of blasting, surface preparation, and coating systemsExperience supervising large painting crewsFamiliar with international standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, BGAS)Strong leadership and site coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple work fronts under tight schedulesSalary & BenefitsSalary:QAR 6,500 - 7,500Benefits:Accommodation & Transportation provided by Company
