Site Security Manager

<div><p><strong>Reports To:</strong>Campus Security Manager (CSM)</p><p><strong>Location:</strong>Dubai</p><h3>About the Role:</h3><p>We are seeking a Site Security Manager (SSM) to lead a dedicated security team at one of our client datacenters. The SSM will oversee a team of administrative officers, responders, and other security personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment across the site. Reporting to the Campus Security Manager and collaborating with other SSMs on the campus, this role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a proactive approach to security management.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop site security personnel, including recruiting, onboarding, and training.</li><li>Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols across shifts.</li><li>Act as primary responder or control room supervisor during high activity or staff absence.</li><li>Maintain site performance metrics, audits, and security system operations.</li><li>Manage Security Operations Center (SOC) systems, including monitoring, log maintenance, and access control.</li><li>Maintain accurate security documentation and oversee compliance with client and company standards.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for the datacenter management team in the absence of the CSM.</li><li>Identify security risks and propose improvements to enhance site security.</li><li>Ensure safe work practices and compliance with all relevant regulations.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience:</h3><ul><li>Experience in security management or related business management experience; an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.</li><li>Proven leadership and team management experience.</li><li>Working knowledge of security technologies, including CCTV, access control, incident management software, and video surveillance systems.</li><li>Experience in a datacenter environment is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong IT skills.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent decision-making under pressure andproblem-solving abilities.</li><li>Outstanding communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrates integrity, reliability, and professionalism.</li></ul><p>If you are an experienced security professional with a proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and maintain a safe and secure environment, we would love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Apply today to join a high-performing team in a dynamic datacenter environment.</strong></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
