HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team for projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in quantity surveying on‑site, with strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and construction project management in compliance with international standards and Saudi regulations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and manage bills of quantities, cost estimates, and site measurement reports.Monitor project costs and track progress against budget and contract requirements.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and manage variations.Assist in preparing interim valuations, payment certificates, and cost reports.Liaise with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.Identify and report potential cost overruns, delays, or contractual issues.Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and correspondence related to costs and contracts.Support senior QS and project management in resolving commercial and contractual matters.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor on construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction practices, cost control, and contract administration.Familiarity with Saudi construction regulations and international standards.Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams and on-site environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
